WOLF’s Success - Easter Egg Trail

Over 80 people attended WOLF’s (Woodland Outreach Learning Foundation) Easter egg trail in Cawthorne Park Woodlands over the Easter holidays. Children, families and friends all enjoyed a fun day learning about the wood, enjoying some exercise and finding the chocolate eggs. WOLF will build on this successful event by organising future summer events which will be advertised via the Chronicle.

The next part of WOLF’s work is to install a 20ft container on site, funded via a grassroots grant from the South Yorkshire Community Foundation. This will provide greatly needed storage and shelter for future WOLF activities. WOLF also hopes to deliver an arts project to customise the container and provide further opportunities for people to become involved in more projects. For further information on WOLF’s work or how to volunteer please contact Lindsey on 07738156217.

WOLF is a voluntary organisation aimed at encouraging fun, training, education and adventure in the woodland environment.
