The WOLF opens its doors.

Come along to Cawthorne Park Woodlands on Sunday the 28th September for a fun family day. This will include a guided walk and mesolithic hut building.

The new voluntary organisation WOLF (Woodland outreach learning foundation) is holding its first family day in the wood to recruit volunteers and to consult with people on what role they would like to see the wood play in the local community and wider Barnsley area.

WOLF will be using a section of the woodland to create opportunities for woodland education and leisure and is hoping to provide opportunities for many groups across the Barnsley area.
